1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- The specific URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing material is located

- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
2. Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness
- Remove or disable access to the reported content, typically within 72 hours
- Where applicable, respond to our hosting/CDN provider confirming removal
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] containing the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Please note that a counter-notice requires a statement made under penalty of perjury and may expose you to liability if false.
4. Repeat Infringers
We do not maintain infringing content on our servers and rely on third-party embed providers. Reported URLs are removed promptly and are not restored without a valid counter-notice.
